My original mousepad arrived broken so I just wrote an email with pictures and they did an expedited shipment for a new mousepad which I have been using almost 6 months now and imo it excellent. The glide has slowed down a little since the first day due to breaking it in but overall it has remained consistent and fast and makes for an easy recommendation to anyone wanting to use a 5mm thick mousepad with the esports type size.

I am absolutely blown away by the quality of this custom deskmat; the texture is premium and the stitching is flawless... Ferntech is seriously underrated and deserves much more recognition for their deskmats. Trust me, you won’t regret getting one.

Well the mat is of great quality i didn't expected that because when i was buying it the product doesn't had a lot of pictures but gambled it to order ...and well it is great.few things that the team can improve is having review section under each product and have lots of pictures of each and every product and second delivery was bit late but it was already written that it takes ferntech 7 to 10 days to ship so there should be premade inventory of products to process the shipping process quickly ferntech team can give option to pay to get faster product production process, i think ferntech is losing so many coustomers because of slow shipping process , everyone talks about it on reddit.
